My Journey

I’m Sonia, and I know firsthand how powerful trauma-informed healing can be. My own life journey through childhood trauma, emotional challenges, and personal transformation inspired me to become a certified trauma-informed coach. My purpose is clear—to help others reclaim their power, rebuild their confidence, and live vibrant, fulfilling lives.

Growing up, my childhood was marked by consistent feelings of anxiety and fear due to a challenging family environment. Despite these difficulties, I learned to adapt and survive, building resilience and strength along the way. However, it wasn’t until a significant personal crisis in 2017 that I fully understood the profound impact of unresolved trauma.

Facing my past head-on, I embarked on an extensive healing journey, exploring multiple therapeutic modalities—traditional therapy, trauma-informed coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy, breathwork, and holistic healing practices. This transformative experience not only facilitated my own healing but also ignited my passion to guide others on similar paths.
